what money does iraq have unless you take it back from iran or malaki and friends.  ,this is why most of the courtries that pledged money still have not given it to iraq.  anyone now that comes in to iraq and invests big money imho has there head up there arse because it will never go to help the people and as for the value to go up you will see that when hell frezzes over
