Shafaq News / Salar Mahmoud, Advisor to the President of the Republic, confirmed that President Barham Saleh will not make a decision outside the people's will.
The President of the Republic, Dr. Barham Salih, announced earlier today, Thursday, his willingness to put his resignation before the members of the House of Representatives, while he apologized for assigning the construction bloc (Asaad Al-Eidani) candidate to head the next government.
Salar Mahmoud, Advisor to the President of the Republic, said in a statement to the official media of the National Union, that the President of the Republic, Barham Salih, believes that the will of the people has more important than the positions, stressing that he seeks to get Iraq out of the political crisis in consultation with all political blocs.
He added that the President of the Republic, Dr. Barham Salih, will not accept any decision or proposal that is outside the will of the people, stressing that he - Saleh - will not take any step that is against the supreme interests of the people.
