MarkZ 


   We still seem to be sitting on “go”.  There was lots of good chatter and then Saturday night…Boom...it got really quiet.   Like someone turned off the news.   I had a number of conversations with contacts in Iraq this weekend…They are still extremely positive. Folks in Iraq are still excited…they are still expecting the new rate on Tuesday.
