According to him, he «submitted a proposal to the Prime Minister containing 16 proposals to maximize non-oil revenues, pointing out that« the application of these proposals will bring revenues of up to 63 trillion additional dinars to the state treasury »..

He stated that« the number of employees in the Iraqi state exceeds three million Two hundred thousand employees and the number of retirees three million and two hundred and fifty thousand retirees ».

He added that «the number of employees is large costs the state 52 trillion dinars in addition to the salaries of pensioners where their salaries reach 22 trillion, which means that the salaries of employees and pensioners cost the state 74 trillion dinars, pointing out that securing this amount is very difficult and they are going through a risk situation.

He added that «there is a new salary scale for state employees will be written, but we are in the Finance Committee with the government to be the salary with the determinants that we will put in parliament».

He pointed out that they «met in the Finance Committee to examine the foundations and frameworks that oblige the government in the development of a fair salary scale includes all state employees and set the upper limit and minimum salary scale to reduce social differences between state employees».

He added that «next year's budget will be available more than 200 thousand degrees of employment and will be appointed from 30 thousand to 35 thousand in the Ministry of Health».

On the cancellation of the budgets of the three presidencies, he said that «the total of those budgets is less than 3 per thousand of the state budget and canceled due to a legal dimension and not a physical dimension».
