Minister of Planning Dr. Nuri Sabah al-Dulaimi announced on Thursday his approval to release more than 53.7 billion dinars to the governorates of Karbala, Najaf and Diwaniya to improve services in a number of districts and villages.
Dr. Nouri Al-Dulaimi confirmed his approval to release the disbursement of (33) billion and (702) million dinars, to the province of Diwaniyah, for the implementation of a number of projects in the sectors of agriculture, industry, transport and communications, buildings and services, and education, including 2 billion dinars for the project (Ghammas Road) Al-Hamza), explaining the increase in allocations for the construction of a 100-bed hospital with an emergency hall and the installation of integrated systems in Ghamas area, which are included in the provincial development program schedules with annual allocations of 5 billion dinars.
Directing the transfer of 20 billion dinars from the annual allocations to the Ministry of Oil, and split it equally between the governorates of Karbala, Najaf and Ashraf; Governorate.
