Masoud Kamali Erdakani, director of the Arab and African Affairs Office of the Iranian Trade Development Organization, announced that Arab countries have acquired about $ 16 billion of the country's exports to neighboring countries, which touch $ 24 billion, or about two thirds.

The Iranian exports to Arab countries include foodstuffs, minerals, petrochemicals and construction materials, he said.

On the extent of the impact of the US embargo on Iran's exports to Arab countries, Erdakani said that the embargo has created restrictions in some markets such as the Qatari market, but it is limited, while exports have grown in other markets, where Iran's exports to Iraq amounted to 4.6 billion dollars in the past six months, Our share in this market has surpassed regional and international competitors
