images on the forum
I have a question about images on the forum, when I send an article on the forum, and I share the picture of the article with his text, I notice that the picture for some time is cut in two, we do not see the complete image, could the problem be on my side, or it's related to the forum when I share the image by clicking on the link to share the images, is it possible? they could have some limit for the size of the photo to share on the forum ???
I wish you a good day to all !!!

Re: images on the forum
When I post articles that have pictures, I do it in two parts. I don't copy past the whole article with the pictures. I first put the article in, then when I do images, I right click on the image I want in the original article source. And I click COPY IMAGE. Then I go to the article on DD and right click where I want the image and PASTE IMAGE. I don't have any problems that way. I don't use the add image button unless I am adding an image from my own personal files on the computer.

Re: images on the forum
When I post articles with pictures, I do the text scrubbing routine. That is coping the entire article to a notepad so that I can space some of the lines so that it will read better. I add an extra space for the pictures and use the "Insert Image" button when I post them.
All the text and pictures will start on the left side that way and various ads and other text that's not related can be removed easier. With Pdf's, like from the CBI, I add the links under "click here". All I do after that is make the title of the article bold and big (size 24) and the forum formats the rest.
@Claud, Some websites wont let you hotlink the pictures. That's the problem in some of your posts. In that case, I've either opened the link in a new tab and used that URL for the picture, or downloaded the picture and used the "Host an Image" button for it. Just click on the preview button and it will tell you if you need/want to do something with the picture before you send.
@Ponee, Some articles will post by copy and paste, including pictures, with no problems. It depends on how the article was obtained and the format they use. A few of the sites have been problematic, and any "tables" make it worse, but I almost always use the text scrubbing method and eliminate the issues. There's only a few that I do "the hard way" to preserve the information, but I have to get rid of the extra "size" "ltr" etc.. and adjust the spacing. I use screenshots of the tables when them become more complicated than I want to spend time for.
