according to house of representative isawi the fed court law and the hcl cannot be passed this session due to non agreement . he said maybe next session. last week habulsi stated they were going to have 7 meetings so these things could pass but as usual the can has been kicked down the road.the good thing is the irag is to start the international stock market oct 1or do they mean the penny stock market. plus a minister and 3 vice presidents are missing and the 140 and hcl plus the fed court and other laws it sure looks like an rv is just around the corner but which corner?
