Direct: The Council of the Secretariat General of the Council of Ministers of Iraq held its fourth regular session, under the chairmanship of the Secretary-General of the Council of Ministers Hamid al-Ghazi.

The Cabinet reviewed, according to a statement of the Council of Ministers, the sections of the General Secretariat budget for the coming year, in preparation for approval and sent to the competent authorities and included in the federal budget for 2020.

During the Council's discussion of the strategic plan of the Secretariat, the Secretary-General stressed that the plan focuses on three axes;

The session dealt with the importance of holding training workshops for the concerned cadres to identify the requirements of the departments of the Secretariat and classify them according to standard forms.

The Board reviewed the achievements of the field teams in the follow-up of the government program projects in Baghdad and the governorates, and the criteria adopted in determining the total achievement of the program fully announced in the first evaluation.

The Council recommended the formation of technical teams to review the observations and finalize the topics that were circulated and submitted to the Council next week, with emphasis on activating the government media in the presentation of government efforts and activities transparently.

On the other hand, the Secretary-General of the Council of Ministers Hamid al-Ghazzi, the need to increase cooperation between the relevant sectors; to accomplish projects of roads and bridges and rehabilitation of the entrances to the capital Baghdad, and to remove traffic jams there.

This came during the presidency of al-Ghazi meeting of the Committee for the development of entrances and streets and the dismantling of traffic jams in the capital Baghdad, in the presence of the Governor of Baghdad Falah Algerian and a number of deputy ministers.

The Secretary-General clarified the content of the communications received from the Ministries of Planning and Finance on the provision of financial allocations for the completion of the development project;
