Special - Solution Iraq

The deputy of # Nineveh # Abdul_Rahim_ Alshammari , on Saturday, the province is free of any government or private banks, as well as banking offices.

Al-Shammari said, "Solution Iraq": "The province of Nineveh, free of any government banks or private, as well as banking offices, the citizen in Mosul can not transfer money or receive from outside Iraq or from within, unless he traveled to another province» .

He pointed out that «this decision of the # Central Bank of Iraq, is a decision as a punishment against the people of Nineveh, and therefore the Prime Minister # Adel_ Abdul_Mahdi , immediate intervention, to resolve this important economic file».

He added that «this was reflected on the high prices of some food and other, because the merchant is forced to travel outside Nineveh, in order to transfer money or deposit in banks, and in this process traders lose money because of movement, and all this is calculated on the citizen as additional costs».

 He continued the deputy for the province of Nineveh, «the lack of government banks or private in # Mosul , has affected the issue of # investments , how can an investor come, and the province is free of # banks , where will put his money ?, It is unreasonable to put money in his bag, And walk around! ».

Government and private banks and banking offices in Nineveh governorate were closed after their occupation by ISIS in the summer of 2014.Government authorities refuse to reopen them, despite the liberation of the governorate more than two years ago, for unknown reasons.
