Based on the decision of the Board of Directors of this bank in its session No. 1583 dated 23/6/2019, which includes the approval of granting the license to merged companies immediately after the completion of the procedures of the registration department of companies and start its activity as one company, including the activity of entry into the window of sale and purchase of foreign currencies. Complete the requirements of this bank within a period of (3) months from the date of granting the initial approval.
