THE FEDERAL FINANCIAL CONTROL BUREAU PARTICIPATES IN A REGIONAL MEETING

By Dr. Salah Nouri, Chairman of the Federal Financial Control Authority, headed a delegation to attend the 54th meeting of the Board of Directors of the Asian Organization of Supreme Audit Authorities (ASOSAI) held in Kuwait recently.
Mr. Al-Diwan gave a speech following the signing of the agreement, in which he referred to the aspiration of the supreme supervisory bodies in the partnership and achieving sustainability and communication among them through the implementation of various activities and programs in order to face the challenges that impede the audit work, stressing the importance of preparing the supervisory reports according to international standards.
The meeting resulted in the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding between the Arab Organization of Supreme Audit Institutions (ARABOSAI) and the Asian Organization of Supreme Audit Institutions (ASOSAI). It will be noted that the Diwan will sign a number of memorandums of understanding with several relevant and close supervisory bodies to enhance cooperation among them.
