BLACK = Information is limited or unavailable (NDA's ?)
RED = "THE PROCESS" seems to be nearing completion (REPORTS ARE THAT APPOINTMENTS ARE HAPPENING)
ORANGE = Processing near an end (THE NEXT STEP IS WITHIN REACH)
GREEN = Severe (WINDOW OF OPPORTUNITY)
PALE GREEN = High (PREPARE)
PURPLE = Elevated (BE AT THE READY)
BLUE = Guarded (STANDBY FOR UPDATES)
WHITE = Clueless at the moment (IT'S NOT BAD OR GOOD - THE INFORMATION IS VOLUMINOUS BUT CONTRADICTORY)

Based on this, their color of the day should ALWAYS BE WHITE !
