"The US House of Representatives passed a legal amendment aimed at preventing Trump from taking any military action against Iran without Congress's approval," Al Jazeera television reported.
"The legal amendment prohibits the financing of any military operations against Iran without Congress declaring or issuing a war resolution."

The US House of Representatives on Friday approved a legal amendment to prevent Trump from taking any military action against Iran without congressional approval.
"The US House of Representatives passed a legal amendment aimed at preventing Trump from taking any military action against Iran without Congress's approval," Al Jazeera television reported.
"The legal amendment prohibits the financing of any military operations against Iran without Congress declaring or issuing a war resolution."
