The Iranian trade attaché in Baghdad has announced that more than 650 new goods have been added to the consumption basket of the Iraqi people over the past year.

Speaking at a meeting with the head of Iraqi radio and television, Hamid Al-Husseini, Nasser Bahzad called for the importance of informing Iraqi consumers about the diversity and quality of Iranian products in light of the high energy exchange and trade cooperation between the two countries.

Behzad proposed the appointment of the first official agent to promote Iranian goods and products in the country.
