This really concerns me. It sounds like they will LOP three zeros off of the bills before RV-ing. Someone correct me, if needed. Dont just say its smoke because its not what any of us want to hear.

...its possible, but unlikely the World planned it that way, and a cursory understanding of historicals lops dont match Iraq's profile.....no matter, its like planning a picnic and you need a sunny day so you look at the forecast and it says "sunny." But can it still rain? Who can say, go on a picnic and enjoy yourself, you cant control the weather...big deal if it "rains" because you didnt lose money, on paper.

Go to that page and click where it says Economic , it will take you to todays articles. The date will be to your left hand side indicating todays date. Hope this helps...
