Happy New Year. I am pleased to welcome you at the opening of the "Reforms" course
Economic Policy in the Arab States ", held by the Institute for Economic Policy in the IMF
Amal Al Arabi, in cooperation with the Economic and Technical Department, will contribute to enriching and deepening the course
Your knowledge of this important subject.
Dear sisters and brothers
Economic reform programs and institutional arrangements have been acquired in a number of countries
Arab countries
Especially in light of regional economic developments, in particular
And their repercussions on the overall financial situation and the resulting internal imbalances
And external, require that they adopt financial and institutional reforms to varying degrees.
Many Arab countries have done so
