Thanks for prompt reply, but they do not have to accept Article 8, but move to Article 8. Would you mind explaining this matter, if I may to ask of you...if I were recall, Vietnam accepted Article 8 but not floating, and many private sectors are there.

Floating the currency is not a requirement but with the influx of capital expected through Iraq's banking system it will create inflationary pressure.If they don't float inflation will start to rise throughout Iraq.Floating the currency is a tool the CBI uses to counter inflation

Thank you for your reply. Iraqi inflation (2.1% in 2020) is very low copmpare to Iran. So is this mean, Iraq does not have to float their currency for a while?
