Hi Everyone,

I bring you much news today.

Today’s news is mostly about corruption in Iraq and how it is hurting the economy and hindering it from the abundance and prosperity. It is clear in the articles what is doing this to Iraq. Please take some time today to read the articles and see if you can understand what is happening to Iraq and the changes that need to occur. Then see if you can logically deduce that the reinstatement is NOT going to occur unless these changes are implemented.

The reinstatement of the dinar is not some secret that is being done behind our backs. When the time comes we will hear news from the news media and the CBI. Get it? Bank memos, conversations with gurus, or even rates on the bank screens mean ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!

So even use these indications as so-called guru intel then. You have to be really dumb.

I published a couple more video sets this week. A couple of them are on the pending dangers of the United Nations (UN) and how the UN is no longer just a peacekeeping organization but an fearful organization that has become itself the very same entity it was created to prevent. It needs to be controlled if not even abolished. It has become too powerful and has it tentacle in just too many affairs of nations, to the point it is now dictating everything from social justice to social behavior and the very fabric of our lives including moral and value issues. This is NOT the intent of the UN.

The Ministry of Industry and Minerals on Tuesday called on the government to stop selling the dollar at the Central Bank auction because it affects the Iraqi industry, indicating that the most money in hard currency goes out of the country.

"The sale of the dollar at the auction of the Central Bank has a great impact on the Iraqi industry because most of this money goes out of the country and therefore IF THE GOVERNMENT WANTS TO PROMOTE THE LOCAL INDUSTRY, THE SALE OF THE DOLLAR SHOULD BE STOPPED as a first step and then obligatory, Ministries to buy the products of the Ministry of Industry for its support and development. "

He added that "most of the decisions taken by the government after 2003 to "support" the Iraqi industry, did not and did not have the level of ambition, in addition to the laxness of the border crossings and the importation through them and these ports need strict laws to oblige and this is what we miss now, adding that the things that affected the the local industry is the decline of the currency in some neighboring countries and the entry of products of these countries to Iraq at prices lower than locally located. “

(Mnt Goat – This is the first time recently that anyone from Iraq has come out and spoken to STOP the currency auctions. We can see from the article that just like we have been saying all along this is prohibiting the take off of industry and the economy. It is also lessening the reserve amount. In another article today we see the CBI reserves are only $62 billion. This is not far from the amount told to us last Oct 2018. We can do the math ourselves and see that the reserves should be at least $70-80 by now. I am saying this going back to Dr Shabibi times at the rate the reserves used to grow from oil revenues. Strong CBI reserves means a strong dinar. )

The British ambassador to Iraq, John Wilkes, attributed the deterioration of the Iraqi economy to SEVERAL FACTORS, NOTABLY CORRUPTION, BUREAUCRACY AND INVESTMENT LAWS.

"Iraq, with all the potentials of natural and human resources, the business environment according to international standards is better in Afghanistan compared with Iraq and even Nigeria with all its challenges and problems," Wilkes said in a video posted by the embassy on its Facebook page today. Benefit from each barrel of oil more than three and a half times more than Iraq means more economic value of national wealth. "

"This is unacceptable to all Iraqis and all friends of Iraq, including the United Kingdom, and we want to help Iraq introduce the necessary reforms and implement the projects now."

"To clarify to the Iraqi people, the partnership between Iraq and its key partners in the economy, in business, trade and investment leads to tangible positive results on the ground," Wilkes said.

(Mnt Goat – This is bad news about their economy but the good news is that the UK is willing to help. But they must follow directions and implement what is needed. The US also is trying to help them. Loaning money or giving grants is not the answer. The money only gets lost in corruption. This is why investors do not want to come into Iraq. They need to make the structural and legal changes needed and then follow-up and implement them. Another change we also learned today is about STOPPING the currency auctions and its effect on industry. So go figure. It seems Iraq just keeps struggling. Why? It is the Iranian influence as they do not want Iraq to be prosperous. If the dinar rises in significant value this will hurt the Rial as is would cost Iran three or four time the amount of Rial to buy from Iraq. Iran wants the Dinar as equal as possible (low) with the Rial. Oh -wait a second. Didn’t the London economic summit with Iraq way back in 2014 tell them the exact same issues if UK investors were to come into Iraq? So its 2019 and still they have not listened and made these needed changes. Maybe this time they will? )

The Sadrist Movement Leader Muqtada al-Sadr has expressed intentions to declare a new reform approach to repair the issues prevailing among people without the need to use weapons. Sadr described the corruption among Iraqi politicians as being “clearer than the sun in the sky.

In a tweet, Sadr laid the responsibility of corruption on the people as well as the politicians and officials. He addressed the people saying “If you are good, then the government is good too. If you chose them through elections and the democratic methods, they will be good.”

Moreover, Sadr stressed that people should not avoid its responsibilities or deny mistakes even if they supported the corrupt figures.

Sadr also indicated that he tried to reform himself through isolation and worshiping, then he reforming those close to his then public reform on the political level through protests and speeches. “Today I’m determined to try a new reform, which is reforming the different issues among people without using weapons or depending on people.

The Information Office of the Deputy Prime Minister for Economic Affairs said in a statement, "

Proof contained in the government program, "It is said that Iraq's ambassador in Washington, Farid Yassin attended these meetings and a number of general managers in the Ministry of Finance.

"The latter met on the sidelines of the World Bank meetings in Washington with the Deputy Managing Director of the International Monetary Fund (IMF), Mitsuhiro Furosawa, and invited him to visit Iraq and open a fund office to promote joint cooperation," a statement from Fouad Hussein's office said.

BAGHDAD – After decades of conflict, Iraq is seeking to reclaim a leadership role and status in the Arab world with a centrist policy and a determination among the country's top leaders to maintain good relations with both Iran and the United States.

A flurry of recent diplomatic activity and high-profile visits to the Iraqi capital, including this month's re-opening of a Saudi Consulate in Baghdad — for the first time in nearly 30 years — points to a new era of openness as the nation sheds its war image and re-engages with the world.

"Iraq is coming back to the neighborhood," President Barham Salih told The Associated Press in a nearly hour-long interview last month. The veteran politician laid out a vision centered on an "Iraq First" policy, saying his country can no longer afford to be caught in regional disputes.

"For almost four decades Iraq was the domain in which everybody pursued their agenda at the expense of the Iraqi people. It's time we say we need a new political order ... in which Iraq must be an important pillar," Salih said.
Iraq has emerged from a ruinous three-year war against the Islamic State group and faces the mammoth task of reconciling, rebuilding and returning tens of thousands of displaced to their homes. And while the extremists' territorial "caliphate" has been defeated in Iraq and Syria, the militants have now shifted to an insurgency campaign of targeted assassinations, car bombings, and suicide attacks.

The issue of Iran-backed Shiite militias who fought IS alongside Iraqi security forces poses a challenge to the government's central authority, and the country's oil-based economy is suffering from wide-scale corruption.
"Iraq's path to reclaiming a leadership role in the Arab world will depend on how successful its leaders are in tackling security and economic challenges at home," Randa Slim, a senior fellow at the Washington-based Middle East Institute wrote recently.

Amid rapidly escalating tensions between the U.S. and Iran, Iraq also needs to maintain a delicate balance with the two as Baghdad has strong ties with both countries.

The dynamics are complex. The Shiite-majority country lies on the fault line between Shiite Iran and the mostly Sunni Arab world, led by powerhouse Saudi Arabia, and has long been a theater in which Saudi-Iran rivalry for regional supremacy played out. Relations have been particularly frosty with Riyadh, which broke relations with Baghdad following Saddam Hussein's invasion of Kuwait in 1990 and never really warmed much as Iraq was increasingly pulled into Iran's orbit in later years.
Iraq needs much help and investment to rebuild its cities — something it can only get from oil- and gas-rich Gulf countries, including Saudi Arabia. But it can also ill afford to alienate Iran, which holds enormous political and military sway in Iraq through powerful militias and pro-Iran politicians.
"We have 1,400 kilometers of borders with Iran, we simply cannot ignore that reality," Salih said, adding that it's in Iraq's national interest to nurture good relations with Iran, with which Iraq fought an eight-year war in the '80s. He said Iraq, however, was also keen on good relations with Turkey, Saudi Arabia and other regional countries.

Mindful of the need to counter Iran's growing influence in the region in the post-IS order, Saudi officials have sought closer ties with Iraq, and last week sent a high-level delegation to Baghdad where the kingdom's consulate was inaugurated.

The Saudi delegation's visit followed a trip to Baghdad last month by Iranian President Hassan Rouhani during which the two sides signed several agreement designed to boost bilateral relations.

It's a stark contrast from past years when Baghdad was shunned and isolated, first because of international sanctions after Saddam Hussein's 1990 invasion of neighboring Kuwait, and later, after the U.S.-led invasion that toppled him, when Iraq sank into cycles of sectarian bloodletting.
Amid the violence, international dignitaries avoided visits to the Iraqi capital, and when they did, made them brief and unannounced for security considerations.

In 2007, U.N. chief Ban Ki-moon famously ducked behind the podium during a live press conference with the prime minister at the time, Nouri al-Malki, as a rocket slammed outside the building.

Now, Iraqi leaders say their country is not part of any regional conflict.
Prime Minister Adel Abdul-Mahdi in his first foreign trip last month traveled to Cairo to meet with Egyptian President Abdel-Fattah el-Sissi. They were joined by Jordanian King Abdullah II for a tripartite summit on measures to strengthen economic cooperation. On Tuesday, Abdul-Mahdi announced he will soon be visiting Saudi Arabia to sign several agreements.
Some are even suggesting that Iraq could play a mediating role between regional foes.

Lebanon's parliament Speaker Nabih Berri, on a visit to Baghdad earlier this month, said Iraq is a unique position to play an important regional role "in the reconciliation between the kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Islamic Republic of Iran."

Watheq al-Hashemi, an Iraqi political analyst, said it's an opportunity for Iraq to again become an important regional player.
But for that to happen, Iraqi politicians "need to put country before sect and act as statesmen," something he says they've had trouble doing for a long time

Demanded the Central Bank of Iraq, Monday, all banks and financial institutions not to deal in dollars with four companies mediate.

The bank said in a statement received by Alsumaria News, a copy of it, "The banks and financial institutions all not to deal in the currency of the US dollar with each of the Bara and the hour to broker and buy foreign currencies authorized by the bank, knowing that the two companies are denied entry into the window selling and buying foreign currencies.

"Please do not deal with Dubai and Dubai , which are located in the province of Erbil, which are not sanctioned by the Central Bank," the bank said.

The Central Bank of Iraq was established as an independent bank under its law of March 6, 2004, as an independent body responsible for maintaining price stability and implementing monetary policy. It supervises 10 commercial banks, 26 private banks and 16 Islamic banks, as well as 19 foreign banks. 6 financial institutions and 31 financial transfer companies.

An Arab newspaper revealed on Tuesday the efforts led by some parties to the coalition of reform and reconstruction to form an opposition front to the government of Prime Minister Adel Mahdi in preparation for overthrowing him, while quoting the former Prime Minister Haider Abadi told visitors to him that the leader of the Sadrist movement, Moqtada al - Sadr is convinced as a serious option to head Ministers.

"Abadi seeks to return to the forefront of the political scene, taking into account the restoration of the post of prime minister, who still believes that he was the right person," the newspaper "Al Akhbar" said in a report, To mobilize against Adel Abdul Mahdi, CLAIMING THAT THE GOVERNMENT OF THE LATTER PROVES ITS BELONGING TO THE IRANIAN AXIS. "

According to the newspaper, it conveys some of Abadi's visitors as saying that "Sadr is convinced of me as a serious choice for prime minister, if Abdul Mahdi submitted his resignation or toppled his government."
The newspaper pointed out that "Abadi put on his recent visit to Najaf, the religious references to his project, in an attempt to take her blessing," noting that "MR. SISTANI REFUSED TO RECEIVE ABADI".

In her comment on this, the sources of the «conquest» that Abadi "drowned in his dreams ... is closer to the wishes," noting that Sadr will not sacrifice Al-Amri currently, and WILL NOT ENTER INTO AN AGREEMENT WITH ABADI may be the leader of a coalition of law Nuri al-Maliki partner in it .

14th April, 2019 - Revealed the leader of the coalition of state law, Sami al- Askari, a Sunday, for a scenario to dismiss Prime Minister Adel Abdul Mahdi and assigning former Prime Minister Haider al - Abadi , headed by the government, adding that a coalition of reform is betting on it, while the integration of coalition ruled out the rule of law and victory.

Al-Askari said in a televised statement that "there is no close chance of integration between victory and the rule of law," noting that "the merger of victory and law will be achieved if Abadi abandoned the dream of prime minister." "The military, that "Abadi still hopes to take over the premiership, "asserting that" some allies Abadi promised him to take over as prime minister after a year."

He said that "the reform alliance wants to sack Abdul Mahdi and bet on that," pointing out that "Abadi contemplates the prime minister until 2022 and that some close to him see the opportunity to take over the presidency of the government."
(Mnt Goat – It is much easier to do a “no confidence” vote on a PM for non-performance procedural wise but not so easy political wise. We will see what happens. We need some good news as Iraq is just sitting in limbo with this Mahdi. They need results and he is not giving them any. )

In ending I want everyone to know your constant prayers in the fight against evil (ISIS) in Iraq have worked. God has guided these young men and women on the battle field. The major war with ISIS has been over since Dec 2017. Let us all know that there is a new battle now to fight. A battle to save our homelands from the corrupt politicians and secret societies who are bent on taking what they want from our current wealth and from future generations without our permission. We must keep praying for the end to the rapid corruption and enslavement of people in Iraq and in the United States. We must pray for our leaders when they are being guided by the Holy Spirit. We must stand by them and let them know we are still there to support them, even after the election is over. I have composed a prayer maybe we can all pray today in our own way and until the reinstatement of the Iraq dinar occurs.

“For the Iraqi Prime Minister and the President of the United States, that all their cabinet members, and deputies may be anointed by the Holy Spirit to do God’s will and bring the free democracies of the Republics of Iraq and of the United States of America to the much-deserved prosperity and abundance.

To do this thru justice and freedom from oppression and corruption. That they may be a shining example for the rest of the middle east and to rest of the world to follow.

In the name of Jesus Christ our King and Savior, Amen”

Auf Wiedersehen
Much love to ya all,
