Oil exports from southern Iraq have resumed after a halt caused by bad weather, oil officials said on Wednesday.
Two sources at the Basra Oil Company told Reuters on Tuesday that Iraq stopped the loading of crude oil in the ports of the south due to bad weather.
"Basrah oil exports resumed late last night after a halt due to bad weather," a senior oil official said.
Iraq is OPEC's second largest producer after Saudi Arabia and exported 3.54 million bpd in February from its southern ports.
