Cabinet decided in its meeting on Tuesday, obliging the Ministry of Finance funded by the operating budget of the Ministry of Health for the year / 2019, noting that it contributes to providing the best health services.
"The Cabinet decided during the session to oblige the Ministry of Finance to fund the Ministry of Health's operational budget for 2019 in full (without compensation and medicines) for the sustainability of the work of all health institutions and to provide the best health services," a statement by the Prime Minister's Information Office said.
"The Council also decided to reduce the wages paid by citizens when reviewing health institutions (primary health care centers, secondary and tertiary hospitals, and stagnation), according to the Ministry of Health book No. 532 dated 12/2/2019."
The Council also decided to "maintain free of charge preventive health services (maternity, childhood, school health, thalassemia, cancer, special needs, social care and others), while maintaining wages that do not have direct contact with the patient, (Wages of Arabs and non-residents, and other health control) based on the provisions of Article (19 / I) of the Federal Budget Law of the Republic of Iraq for the fiscal year / 2019.

Cabinet decided in its meeting on Tuesday, obliging the Ministry of Finance funded by the operating budget of the Ministry of Health for the year / 2019, noting that it contributes to providing the best health services.
"The Cabinet decided during the session to oblige the Ministry of Finance to fund the Ministry of Health's operational budget for 2019 in full (without compensation and medicines) for the sustainability of the work of all health institutions and to provide the best health services," a statement by the Prime Minister's Information Office said.
