I would like if you are so kind that Mr. Ron Giles or anyone at IDC will explain to us about the use of 1% of our personal zim exchange money. We know that 99% will be humanitarian. I have many debts, some of which i owe for example 2 million dollars to a lender and other minor o major debts and large favors to several people through this process of the RV. I have to pay those debts and favors in cash or transfer or in bank check since some people are of low economic resources. As I said, I intend to give 10 or 20 million dollars or more to these people, as well as to members of my closest family for their personal protection against organized crime, since i live in a country where crime is very common. And therefore i do not want a kidnapping or any mishap against my family.

Therefore if I pay the lender of my money of the exchange zim 1% but if he consumes drugs using of this money. Is it possible that the Alliance freezes my account and that of humanitarian proyects?

Now if I buy an exclusive high-end jewel in a famous jeweler¨s shop, as I am going to know that the owners are mafiosi or that apart they also dedicate themselves to drug trafficking. I ask again, this is reason for my account to freeze my Alliance?

Finally, if i buy a property legally from an owner or acquaintance, if I acknowledge that he was a mafioso in his time, but paid with years of imprisonment and left and returned to society many years ago and now he is currently working and dedicating himself to his personal business of hotels, ranches and farmland. Would it be right to buy a property like that and would this be a reason for the Alliance to freeze my zim account?
