The Minister of Planning, Dr. Nouri Sabah al-Dulaimi, signed on Wednesday a memorandum of understanding with the World Bank to support the efforts to restore stability and reconstruction in liberated areas, signed by Saroj Kumar Jah, Director of the Mashreq Department at the World Bank.

Dr. Nouri al-Dulaimi said that this memorandum will contribute to support and increase the quality of the infrastructure projects funded by the Iraq Recovery and Reconstruction Fund, which is administered jointly by the World Bank and the Ministry of Planning, while appreciating all the efforts made by the international community to support Sustainable Development in Iraq.
