Between the index of the fragility of countries between the setback and the recovery in 2018, the recovery of a group of countries, while others reversed.
Iraq is at the forefront of the recovery states; although the digital sequence is delayed, but the indicators of recovery are encouraging and hopeful.
The list of beneficiary countries was as follows: Haiti; Iraq; Nepal; Ecuador; Japan; Mexico.
Qatar was among the top losers, and Yemen, America, Turkey, Spain and Venezuela were among the losers.
