The Secretary General of the Ministry of Peshmerga in the Kurdistan region, Jabbar Yawar, agreement with the Federal Ministry of Defense on the return of Peshmerga to Kirkuk and the disputed areas in accordance with Article 140 of the Constitution.

He said in a press statement that "negotiations with the Iraqi Ministry of Defense were serious, and there was an understanding between the two sides need to work together."
