Baghdad - Wissam Saad

pushed the crisis that broke out between Iraqi Prime Minister Adel Abdul Mahdi and leader of the "coalition" victory, and former Prime Minister, d. Haidar al-Abadi, on the vacations and other real estate belonging to the State, which was occupied by Abadi during her tenure as prime minister to open the file of the acquisition of officials of state properties, where the State Property Department revealed the existence of more than 100 thousand cases of housing, Some parties and members of the House of Representatives and the provinces in addition to some influential and out of the law.

The director of the Real Estate Department of the State Ahmed al-Rubaie said in a press statement that "his department owns several official books that require the inventory of real estate belonging to the state in the presidential box in the area of Jadriya and on this basis has been the formation of several committees to conduct on-site detection and enumeration of those properties, but these committees are surprised by the abstention of the presidential regiment Responsible for protecting the box from allowing these committees access to those properties. "

Al-Rubaie appealed to the Presidency of the Republic "to allow its teams to enter the area to carry out inventories and know what came to those properties and those who exploit them so that the Department can take fundamental actions against them," noting that "the most difficult difficulties facing the work of the Department is to override the real estate of the state, Talk about the need to lift these abuses, which included land and real estate of the state and all ministries. "

Al-Rubaie pointed out that "his constituency has opened the parties department in the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers to inform them of the need to pay the fees for the properties exceeding them, but so far no action taken despite the passage of three months."

He pointed out that "most abuses are not in the names of these persons, but on behalf of persons close to them," stressing that "most of the transgressors are supported by various quarters and therefore asked the Department of the Ministry of Interior to grant the Department a force linked administratively with state and administrative properties in the Ministry of Finance and be ready to lift any excess, The Ministry of the Interior refused to do so because of its lack of security personnel. "

"The Green Zone is not just a road open to people, it is a file full of corruption in terms of the real estate exploited by officials," said Hoshyar Abdullah, member of the Finance Committee. "He supported the directives of the legislative and executive branches to open this file."

"There are real estate inside the Green Zone, including huge houses, which have been exploited by officials of previous sessions and current officials for free, some of which have been taken over by party figures from 2005 until today without any legal or constitutional justification," Abdullah said in a press statement. .

He pointed out that "there is a great corruption in this file from the outset, former officials have legitimized the acquisition of these properties five or ten years after the end of their term in office and therefore must take a giant step by the legislative and executive authorities to recover these properties and investment to obtain good revenues to the State Treasury "Is it reasonable that officials today do not have any official capacity to occupy government properties and a decision they made and issued themselves at previous sessions?" But it is time for the official, upon completion of his duties, to vacate the premises. Which is exploited like other countries? And why the current administrator does not pay rent instead of the state from the house occupied.

"We support and support any step presented by the Speaker of the House of Representatives and the Prime Minister to open this file and the recovery of all illegally exploited properties, and the House of Representatives to resolve this important issue in its official meetings, not only at the level of the Green Zone, but at the level of Baghdad and all And we hold the government and the current parliament the responsibility to resolve them in line with social justice and public interest so that imports of real estate to the treasury of the state.

"The details of the establishment of a force to protect the current Prime Minister Adel Abdul Mahdi, the closure of the compound where his home."

"A force from the protection of Abdul Mahdi closed the compound, which includes a house that Abadi is hosting," a statement from Ebadi's press office said. "We contacted Adel Abdel Mahdi's office and told us they would ask for it, but they did not call back and clarify."

The statement said that "Abadi rejected any escalation and that he handed over the sites peacefully, and that he is working to hand over the last belongings, including this house, pointing out that the former prime minister surprised by these actions."

The statement pointed out that "Prime Minister Adel Abdul Mahdi, later contacted and also expressed his rejection of these actions that were without his knowledge." Abadi stressed the need to follow the correct contexts in dealing with the state's properties with everyone and not double standards to achieve political goals.

He went on to point out that "the existence of false information is being raised far from the truth and its goal is clear to all in order to mislead public opinion, which has become clear that there is political targeting in many of the resolutions and directives."

The statement stressed that "Abadi raises such small issues," adding that "

He urged the leader of the alliance, "Fatah" Deputy Abdul Amir al-Dabi, Prime Minister Adel Abdul-Mahdi to "continue to evict the property and property of the state government officials and politicians."

He called on the Prime Minister Adel Abdul Mahdi, "to take legal action against the parties occupied the real estate of the state in Jadiriyah and Karrada and some areas of Baghdad," he said.

Al-Dabbi said in a press statement that "influential and ruling parties in the Jadiriyah and Karrada districts of central Baghdad occupied the property of the people and the property of the former regime in these areas and some other areas of Baghdad."

He added that "the Prime Minister Abdul-Mahdi to take legal action against these parties and hold them accountable, because they have made a mess of public money and property of the people."

The representative of the coalition of "State of Law" high Nassif that "the Integrity Committee of the parliament faced great difficulty in opening the file of state real estate and failed to open a single file, especially property seized by officials in the Green Zone."

Nassif said in a press statement that she "condemns the attack on the home of former Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi by the protectors of the Green Zone for the purpose of evacuation, while dozens of houses seized by officials and people who do not have the executive status have not been taken action against them, as happened to Abadi recently."

She added that "the file of state real estate complex file and I and a number of members of the Integrity Commission in the previous session tried to open it, but we faced great difficulties and we could not open a single file because of the dominance of officials and heads of parties on those properties."
