Kuwait never rv their currency the didn't have any sanction on them it was iraq that had the sanction their forth their currency never devalue Iraq was the one that devalue under Saddam the Iraq dinar was at 3.08/1 in April 2000 in june it was .000058/1 shortly after (few years) the done away with the dinar with saddam picture on it and they went to the dinar we have today
their is no indication that the dinar will go back to what it was under Saddam
