Kaparoni Says NO RV or RI! 11/14/18

There is no RV or RI…if the dinar appreciates in value it will not happen overnight. That being said, monetary policy will need to change to accommodate investment and that means they will need to float the dinar.
Floating the dinar allows the CBI to gradually raise the value to counter inflationary pressure created by an influx of investment. A float can start anytime, but i do not see it rising to equal a dollar for several months if not longer.

Kap has been singing this "float" tune for six years now. What has occurred during that time with the IQD? Well, it went from 1166:1 to 1184:1 to 1190:1. I don't think he knows what he's talking about, do you?

"It" will not happen if you mean an unprecedented RV to $1 or more. The IQD will never be worth more than 1/10 of a penny. I've been saying that for six years now and the gurus have been predicting the RV for six years, so I'll put my track record and analysis up against any of them. For the record, the next move will be another devaluation. When that happens we'll know who knows what they're talking about and who doesn't.

Sam I am, we are all experts at this point. You are no better than I or Eithel, Zig, or Scotchie at this point. The dinar will not stay 1/10th penny forever then all the Guru haters will be wrong.

Muskie, none of us are experts but I had the good fortune of learning from a currency expert named John Jagerson. He liked my blog and befriended me. That's how I know how this works. Pegged currencies require intervention from a central bank and are therefore managed to retain stability. That process is known as a managed float. There is no de-peg or free float scenario in the IQD's future.
