The Ministry of Agriculture announced that farmers and farmers will be exempted from the annual rent allowances for 2018 and 2019, due to the lack of water levels.

"The ministry has decided to exempt farmers and farmers from annual rent allowances for 2018-2019, who have not been included in the agricultural plan due to lack of water levels," the ministry said in a brief statement read by the economy.
