BAGHDAD (Reuters) - The head of the European Union's mission in Iraq, Ramon Blakeau, said on Tuesday he had discussed with the director general of international cooperation in the European Union details of funding agreements worth 114.5 million euros to find jobs, rebuild Mosul and encourage business in Iraq.
"I met today with Deputy Minister of Planning, Director General of International Cooperation and the Development and International Cooperation Department of the European Union to discuss the details of the financing agreements of 114.5 million euros (132.8 million dollars) to find Jobs, local governance, demining, energy, reconstruction of Mosul and business promotion.

"From December 2017 to December 2018, the Department of Development and International Cooperation will commit 190 million euros to development grants in Iraq. Humanitarian assistance 2017/2018 to the Directorate of Humanitarian Aid is 122.5 million euros and our foreign policy department has allocated 26.6 million euros For the same period, totaling € 339.1 million. "
