my friend from Iraq was told by her relatives on Tuesday they were waiting for the announcement on Wednesday and the celebration this weekend.... so the announcement came through ...so I believe the party is this weekend!!!

I took that to mean the RV had been announced in Iraq last Wednesday…Not that it was active yet…I suspect everyone over there knows it is coming

Mon & Tuesday is holiday in Iraq; I believe Abadi was planning to visit Imam Hussein Holy Shrine (who was son of Mohammed..). Perfect time to celebrate
