A parliamentary source said on Wednesday that Parliament held its meeting for half an hour.

The source said in an interview for Alsumaria News, "The Presidency of the House of Representatives decided to postpone the holding of the session allocated to vote on the cabinet cab for half an hour."

The source, who asked not to be named, said that "this came to discuss and discuss the names of candidates for the ministries."

The parliament session began on Wednesday evening to give confidence to Prime Minister-designate Adel Abdul Mahdi's government.
