CIPS is the gateway to the Quantum Financial System.
The Cabal's old fiat financial system is running on fumes.

I don't see much intelligence in that intelligence alert. As I predicted last week the Kavanaugh hearings are now being blamed for the holdup of the RV. The gurus will probably get a couple more weeks worth of material out of this and then turn to some other news story to use as a scapegoat.
