[reference Guru Kaperoni post 8-11-2018] The announcement of...now offering immediate cash exchange is is not that much different from their normal policy other than the fact that you're getting cash immediately which eliminates corruption or trickery or scamming...they are now positioning themselves to become a player...What I mean by that is that they are announcing of sorts that they want to be a 'facilitator' and by offering on the spot cash they are removing the potential for scamming. I had stated several years ago when people ask me about cash out not to worry and that we will deal with it when it becomes relevant. So this is good news for us as dinar holders...it is still up to Iraq to transition to Article VIII and engage their banking system with the world financial system allowing the currency to appreciate.
