THEY HAVE TO PRINT MONEY TO MAKE MORE DEBT... PAYING BACK THE DEBT ELIMINATES THE MONEY... SO THERE YOU GO... IF WE COULD PAY OFF THE DEBT THE FED WOULD BE GONE...
