I believe and mind you it's my belief...that it has to be a little over Kuwait and very close to Saudi Arabia ...so we figure 3.60 to 3.80 because they have to be able to run the country and compete with the market in the world as well...even if they just reinstate it, it will be over 3.00... and NO FLOAT...

they have been talking this Total BS for years and nothing has happen and i truly believe nothing is going to happen all currency float with the 2% and it will never be over $3 if i am wrong then so be it but i don't think so i stand a better change winning the lottery in fact i have mad more money off the lottery than i every have off the dinar
