 National bank of Iraq stopped using USD.  Doing everything electronically. Their ATM’s will not dispense USD.  Watch all the other banks in Iraq follow this in the same manner...banks inside and outside Iraq...Visa and MC . . .This is International...

Crap. Frank is full of it. He keeps maintaining they actually RIed back in the first quarter, when he claimed it would all happen. Didn't. Now he says it did, but they are now implementing it.  Frank also said of course that everyone was waiting for a second article from the CBI, but that has now been a six month wait . He also claimed Abadi met with the press and told them of his plans. That was months ago and now he claims banks have updated software for some impending RI...only problem with all this is that the RI never happens and Frankie boy keeps saying soon, but when asked about that little word, he then says study harder or some such b.s. Of course, the people there are stupid enough to swallow his swill without question.

Yeah, lying and worse, when someone questions him, he gets upset and throws a fit, LOL. Frank likens himself to some Jesus Christ like figure or Yoda from the way he writes to the way he says thinks, but in the end, this is about one thing for him, EGO. He loves to yap on and on about teaching, but don't ask the teacher any questions or you'll get kicked out for questioning Frankie boy. And that dolt Delta. Has that guy EVER been right? "I tell you Frankie, they got to do this before..." and so on.
