MARTY...HI THERE....BECAUSE THE ORIGINAL PLAN WAS SET UP THAT WAY FOR IRAQ TO BE THE LYNCH PIN AND PROGRESS FROM THERE....TO CHANGE THE PLAN AFTER ALL THESE YEARS WOULD PROBABLY BE A NIGHTMARE
