The current environment is : Caretaker Government.

Caretaker Government - Abadi said they will do nothing except finish what was already in que, no new laws to present or pass.

If Abadi's Plan for the RI was: If he loses election - He wins - for being the RI Hero;
If he wins election - they will remember RI took place after they elected him, giving him a legacy after his election ... WIN WIN

Have any of y'all seen that Sadr did not personally run, it was just his party putting him up there. If so, he and Abadi are friendly with each other and he will likely put his support behind Abadi and we will be just as good if not better.

1st, This is a question, an observance of things, IMO so don’t bite my head off...

As Delta said, “IF we don’t see it within the next 2 weeks” it wouldn’t be till the end of June. This goes along with the article stating that Iraq was changing their calendar to reflect the Chaldean calendar.. If that it true, their first quarter began in April and will end in June. Also, ABADI also said that “things” would be done by the end of their first quarter leaving us to not expect the RI until the end of June or perhaps later?

Since the reinstatement did not occur this weekend as the majority of everyone hoped for, and Ramadan begins tomorrow, in my simple opinion would we not be looking now at the end of June or with the 90 day period of the new cabinet being assigned possibly bringing us to the first part of September? Thank you you for your input.

Well, as Frank has always said, we do not know the date, or rate... I hope your observation is dead wrong... We are on someone's watch obviously, so we do not know do we... Thanks for bringing in your thoughts though...

But with the CBI Governor declaring all is complete, it would stand to reason they would want to add value ASAP... Security, and peace has been declared by many entities including PM Abadi... Either way it is going to transpire... I just hope sooner than later...
