The Central Bank of Iraq warned on Sunday that banks, transfer companies and financial investment from providing forged documents.
A statement issued by the bank said that "financial institutions from banks, transfer companies, financial investment and e-payment cautious of the cases of fraud and forgery represented the incumbents of senior positions in some financial institutions from the submission of documents later turned out to be invalid by official answers."
He added that "the financial institutions will be responsible to the bank or other official bodies in the event of discovery that the documents by them are incorrect and bear all the legal consequences," noting that "all financial institutions have been obliged to pay as a compliance observer in the bank Ansari Islamic and not allow occupancy Any job to submit a forged document to the bank after receiving the official answers that confirm the lack of validity. "
