(Reuters) - Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi said on Saturday that "foreign hands want to manipulate" the legislative elections in Iraq scheduled for May 12,

"The foreign hands that want to manipulate the elections will be cut off and will not return us to the first box," Abadi said in a speech in Baghdad's Freedom Zone.

The parties and political parties did not hide their fear of fraud and manipulation of the election results that will result from the next federal government.
