I have wanted to ask this for a long time;

If Iraq is revaluing or reinstating or otherwise increasing the value of their money (I hope), why on earth would anyone think that they really needed to have these investors? It doesn't make any financial sense. And if the GCR is really going to happen and become asset backed currency\financial house, then most everyone would move away from a debt based currency\financial house. At least I would think that and would certainly welcome an education in that area if I am incorrect.
