"Tier 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5" by Carden - 4.6.18
I'd like to continue this discussion about Tier 4 and share some of my thoughts about this RV GCR evolution, where we have been and where/who we are becoming. Being a good steward is incredibly important to me and as the saying goes, We Teach Best What We Most Need to Learn.
We are challenged with distrust of every system surrounding us. This is learned behavior that must be rejected in favor of respect of others, integrity as a norm and Word of Honor as the standard we expect. If what you see is what you get then how do we stretch from distrust of every system to having two feet in, such that we become what we previously rejected and We Are the System? Here's my answer. It's the journey we are on and the Commitment of and to Tier 4. For We Are the System and We Are Good!
If tier 1 had authority to give the thumbs up on every government bond issued, and tier 2 managed/facilitated these bonds bought and sold, then tier 3 are the worker bees. They present the need for the government bond. They work with the consultants and engineers and accountants, whatever talent is needed. Maybe coordinated with a team from Ernst and Young, for instance; to create a project proposal to justify the need for a bond offering. Tier 3 scope out a tier 2 connection with a relationship with tier 1 entity that will back and approve the issuance of this bond. This is done once all the foot work is complete, once all the notables and accredited experts have been named, have signed off and are on the team; once the political ally (PAC) is on board, and before a bond is floated.
Tier 2 knows all the right people and if all the work is done right then finding a tier 1 backer is easily facilitated. Tier 1 has had all authority and control over whether or not to float these bonds ever since the creation of The Monetary System. Tier 2, being the good minions they are, supported tier 1's wishes. We only have to look at the IMF's "Austerity Measures" in Greece or Myanmar, or any country who's people have been burdened with debt, runaway inflation, and accosted with war to know this is true.
Once the bond is floated it's bought and sold and fees and commissions and splits are given to all the attached tier 1 and tier 2 players. Tier 3 now has the money for their project.
It's the project that counts. Corruption from every quarter is ending and in fact, impossible. We need to get a Hallelujah about this fact! This New Financial System has been two generations in the making and finally the roll out has begun. We now have an end to financial corruption, money laundering and ultimately an end to crime. All Good Things.
Which brings me to the point of this mental exercise - Tier 4. Why are we being given these "high rates" with our ZIM Government Bonds? I believe that the "Structured Payout" makes it possible. The Tier 3 exchanges that we've heard about have SKRs and were all prearranged. These groups had agreed upon rates and beliefs in the value they were given. No share of any trade profit was given as with our proposed "structured payouts". It's a new opportunity. But what are the risks? Remember, all money is tracked 200 moves. Fairness is necessary and rightful profit has to be given to the rightful owner. What is the risk if your asset is used like any tier 1 entity? Frankly, I believe that there are never risks with the instrument itself. Only with the dissappearance of digital assets as in "missing SWIFTs. And this is not possible with The New Financial System.
Okay, if the System is secure then is there a threat? The biggest threat that I can see is not cooperating with the brilliant and talented people who will be coming forward in droves to be our ground team. The threat is carrying over our distrust from the past and tainting the new with the old. Yes, the threat is still a work in progress but great progress has been made. Now it is time to put this thesis to the test. We are ready.
Big hugs and Redemption Wishes,
