Budget is in BILLIONS not TRILLIONS!!!! Or am I misunderstanding???

The Iraqi parliament voted in favor of the USD 88 billion draft on March 3rd amid a boycott from Kurdistan Region representatives who objected to reducing the region’s share of allocations from 17% to slightly above 12%.

IMO this is good. Announce the budget in USD..........From there it is a short step to announce a 1 to 1 rate USD/IQD

Upon browsing MSM for any cracks in the MR lava flow... I found a pretty well known guy dropping a decent conclusion of the USD "Reboot" that some (including myself) have called the coming USD transition to > USN / UST / TRN. The most interesting speculation made by this individual reads as such:

Wow wow wow!!! Now we've all been taught about Gold... so I'm not buying... but I wonder what other nation(s) might join in this revalue currency basket???
