folks besides bullshit what was passed? as 0f 2pm est on apr 2 the budget was not even in the gazette.so for all you beliving sheep I quess your favorite guru was lyin as usual. here are some real facts that can be checked out first of all the budget was never  passed completely over 20parts were not passed go ask abadi and masum why?because of this no part of the budget can be implemented . besides this the new watered down  bill was never put in the gazette also.  the session is over because they need to prepare for the elections by the time all this is finished we are talking july. then they first  have  to pass the unfinished laws provided  bagdad and the kurds can agree. then they can finish all passing all the laws in dispute and pass the budget. then you have a month of ramadon. then they can kick the can down the road as they usually do. so you are almost in 2019 provided Malaki does not win.thenit will be adios for all. or you can believe the gurus who have never been correct
