He pointed out that "the responsibility for the distribution of events related to the design of the city of Baghdad is the" Department of Design in the Municipality of Baghdad, "and the Commission by virtue of its work must take the opinion of the Secretariat of the nature of the investment license and place of residence, they have the data to give opinion for each investment project.
