Economy News Baghdad:

An official source in the Ministry of Finance, on Sunday, that the Housing Fund and the Real Estate Bank has lent citizens about 1.5 trillion dinars within the initiative of the Central Bank of Iraq of 6 trillion dinars.

The source, who preferred not to be named for the "Economy News", said that "the Housing Fund and the Real Estate Bank terminated all commitments on the initiative of the Central Bank to lend the market of 6 trillion dinars," noting that "the share of the Housing Fund of the initiative amounted to 834 billion dinars and the Real Estate Bank 834 billion dinars. "

He pointed out that "the real estate bank lent all the funds allocated to him while the Housing Fund of the remaining funds allocated 200 billion dinars allocated to the liberated provinces."

He pointed out that "there is a tendency with the Central Bank of Iraq to allocate other funds to the Housing Fund and the Real Estate Bank and as required."

No matter how much money the state allocates, the main thing is that all funds should be directed to improving the lives of citizens. Unfortunately, the corruption problem is still not solved, but joint efforts to reduce the percentage of crimes.I hope the housing crisis in Iraq will be resolved in the next few years and the real estate market will recover. My friends from the UK are now planning to buy a house to use a reverse mortgage loan from Equity Release Manchester in the future and live out their old age in prosperity.It seems to me that a similar model should be implemented in Iraq.
