Parliamentary Change warns Abadi of "losing the future of whole generations"

The deputy head of the parliamentary change bloc Amin Bakr, on Sunday, Prime Minister Haider Abadi to take rapid measures and pay salaries of staff and teachers of the Ministry of Education in the Kurdistan Region, warning of the loss of the future generations of the whole province as a result of the closure of schools in several months.
Bakr said in a statement that 'schools in the Kurdistan region have closed its doors for several months, because of non-payment of salaries of teachers and employees of the Ministry of Education,' indicating that 'this situation means the loss of the future generations and the full decline in the level of education, which will reflect negatively on Iraq's educational and scientific status in front of Countries of the world'.
He added that 'the federal government and the Prime Minister has already promised to pay the salaries of the staff of the region, especially the staff of education and health, but even today, these promises are only words through the media without implementation, at a time that the sectors of education and health are vital sectors and should be treated exceptionally and keep them away from the debates And political disobedience '.
He stressed Bakr on 'the need to take Abadi to realistic measures and the payment of salaries of education staff in the province in a fast time, because delay to another time means insufficient time to save the academic year and the loss of a full year of our children students, which we did not wish the federal government, Its keenness on the citizens of the region as part of the Iraqi people '.
