[Chopper] BondLady I have a question... some people are saying the rate should be around $1 ish..... my question is since Kuwait and Iraq share a port > al Mubarak, would it seem feasible that the rate would have to be competitive? I was just thinking that since other countries will be doing business they would want the best deal. Since Kuwait is around 3 ish, I would get a contract with them so I can get more bang for the buck......or does this not apply to this situation? Contracts with ports ...are they entirely diff arrangement?

[BondLady] there’s no way they can support a high rate as shabs said the economy an private sector is what needs to build the dinar rate

[BondLady] shabs came back on a rebuttal to maliki who was mad that shabs said no to funding maliki projects or the 2012 budget or the new port fao

[BondLady] shabs said the cbi was independent and he won that federal lawsuit against maliki before

[BondLady] so maliki throws out another thing to parl

[BondLady] that said they had to define what the cbi's independence from the government an parliament

[BondLady] and parliament finally addressed maliki

[BondLady] the same day the integrity law was passed thru parliament last night

[BondLady] which I’ve posted the entire integrity law also it’s in my corner in the forum

[BondLady] this was a kick to maliki for starters

[BondLady] as we all know his integrity is a bit tarnished anyways

[BondLady] so he didn’t like it an had been fighting the passing of that law but it’s too late now its passed
