This is definitely their moment to stop the corruption and open their economy to the world but they need to start to implement these organization requirements immediately (no more foot dragging). They must comply with the international standards or this is going to be yet another embarrassment for them in my opinion.
I really hope these companies are demanding they meet the IMF article eight standards. It makes sense that they would require article eight before investing millions and billions USD worth of investment there. I really hope this can be the impetus for their monetary reform and future success. - Do Iraqis hate money or something?
